What this business does
Preman Roofing-Solar lists residential and commercial roofing, maintenance, sheet-metal work, HOA services and solar installation. Its published service area includes Chula Vista as well as San Diego and surrounding county communities. The website identifies a 34th Street office, matching the Google and BBB records used here. Its FAQ discusses project billing, staffing and insurance, which provides useful subjects to verify for a particular job rather than assuming every term applies automatically. When roof and solar work overlap, ask who owns each part of the scope and how the finished roof’s warranty is affected.
