What this business does
Modern Yardz describes a landscape design and construction service that coordinates backyard planning and installation. Its menu includes pools, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features, pavers, artificial grass, lighting and walls. The dedicated Chula Vista page names Eastlake, Otay Ranch, San Miguel Ranch, Rolling Hills Ranch and Rancho del Rey, providing specific local context. Google and BBB identify the same Engineer Road company. For a project with several connected features, ask how design revisions, material allowances, permit submissions and subcontracted work are handled. HOA approval and city approval should be assigned explicitly, along with a written handover covering irrigation, equipment instructions and plant care.
